Who has not ever wondered why a procedure is so complicated, or why a statute is so cumbersome, lengthy, complex or three things at once?

I can not speak for 100% of cases, but personally, yes I have met along my career, with some projects that, with a business goal is "difficult" certain operations. Of course, that often clash directly with what an engineer (commercially useless like me) you think "efficient" or "good." Personally, I wish the sites were simple, clear, and just as you sign up services, pudieses unsubscribe. Unfortunately, the economic interests of companies do not typically offer the work. Perhaps we should require by law that if you hire some online, give you low by the same route, with the same requirements. Because there are times that it is a joke the hassle to make you look and not subject to unsubscribe from something you've hired, but to get rid of a bug in the company is charging you money by mistake and does nothing to give it back.

The last time this happened to me, I ended up with an impressive tantrum. For these things I'm pretty stationary, very educated guess.
